I’ve had the good fortune to travel to many parts of the world — I love learning about other cultures through their spiritual practices and food traditions. I rejuvenate in my garden or in the outdoors with my bike, kayak, cross-country skis or on-foot. I love to cook, paint, attend concerts, play cards and board-games. I’m dedicated to continuously learning about the mind, body and spirit.
