Where does my expertise in organizational transformation come from?

I started my career working for an adventure team building and leadership development company, where I created high performing teams. After learning the inner workings of how a company operates in the forestry industry, I went out on my own and incorporated in the mid-90s. For over three decades, I’ve been helping clients solve complex problems and achieve exceptional results. I’ve done so by creating my own methodology where I combine business process redesign, management system creation, leadership development, project and change management, coaching and more.
